Unfortunately my notebook is not supported by cloud restore.

I'm trying to install Windows 11 to completely empty HP EliteBook 840 G10 from USB stick. It boots ok from the stick but immediately in Windows 11 install screen it tells me "install driver to show hardware". I have tried to install all drivers I could find from HP site for this laptop. I even tried Intel RST and F6 drivers although they were not listed in product page but seem to have done the trick for many people.

I can access SSD through terminal and I have partiotioned the hard drive and created volume there. No luck.

If your notebook came with W11 from HP, it is supported by the HP cloud recovery client utility.

Here is an info link for how to use the software.

You can download the HP cloud recovery client software from your notebook's support page.

Thanks Paul!

I accidentally ended up in the System Startup Menu instead of the BIOS. There was System restore which let me install Windows 11 home from HP cloud. So the problem was solved with ease. I had spent the whole day banging my head on drivers.
