Re: Omen Command Center & Omen Reactor

OMEN 17t
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the same issue. Recently purchased the OMEN mouse and keyboard  to add to my 17t laptop. I updated the OMEN Command Center software today and the OMEN keyboard works as intended, but the mouse has no features, it just cycles through the lights without allowing any adjustments of the settings you have listed in your complaint. I have even tried uninstalling/reinstalling the mouse/drivers and OMEN command Center software; all with no fix.

Re: Omen Command Center & Omen Reactor

@Xd453laf1 Here's what I suggest we do, update the BIOS: click here to find and install the same,

If the issue persists, follow the below steps:

1) In the search box, type and open "Uninstall a Program".
2) Look for OMEN Command Center.
3) Right-click to uninstall.
4) Restart the computer.
5) Install the OMEN Command Center from this link.

P.S: Welcome to HP Community 😉

Keep me posted, as I (Or a trusted colleague) shall follow-up on this case to ensure the concern has been addressed,

And your device is up and running again, only in case you don't get back to us, first!

That said, If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,

That'll help us, and others see that we've got the answers!

Good Luck.
