Hello.
I have the same missing driver for an HP EliteBook 830 13 inch G10 Notebook PC. The hardware IDs are below.
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A77D&SUBSYS_8B41103C&REV_01
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A77D&SUBSYS_8B41103C
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A77D&CC_118000
PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A77D&CC_1180
Intel says the driver needed for these IDs is Intel® Chipset Device Software for Windows® 10 64-bit and Windows 11* for Intel® NUC Kits & Mini PCs 6th Generation and Later v 10.1.19376.8374 which was an older version than the HP support page has available for download.
Thank you,

You're very welcome.
I found it by entering the hardware ID in the Microsoft Update Catalog website.
I extracted the driver from the first file listed on the page, zipped it up and attached it below.
You will have to manually install the driver as there is no exe file.
Download and unzip the file to its folder.
Do not do anything with the files in the folder.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers option' and browse to the driver folder that you unzipped.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and the driver will install.
Looking at the contents of the driver setup information file, it appears the Intel left this hardware ID out of the chipset driver because if you look at the HP-Intel driver folder file, you will see the same setup information file listed, but the hardware ID you posted is not listed there.
This is from the Microsoft Update Catalog Intel RaptorLakeSystem file:
[INTEL.NTamd64]
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A77DDesc%=Needs_NO_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A77D
This is from the HP-Intel RaptorLakeSystem file:
[INTEL.NTamd64]
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A70DDesc%=Needs_PCI_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A70D
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A72DDesc%=Needs_PCI_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A72D
%PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A74DDesc%=Needs_PCI_DRV,PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_A74D
Mystery solved.

Hi:
A search of that hardware ID seems to indicate that it is installed by the Intel chipset installation utility.
Download and run the Intel chipset installation utility for W10/W11 from your notebook's support page as applicable.
Then restart the PC.
If the chipset driver did not install the device, go to the device manager, click to on the PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller device needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers option' and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp###### where ###### is the file number of the chipset driver you posted.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and if the chipset driver is the right driver for that device, the driver should install.

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. The Intel Chipset Installation utility was installed from the notebooks support page and the notebook was rebooted. The driver is still showing as missing after running the install and browsing to the sp location in C:\SWSetup. I've scanned the notebook with both the HP and Intel driver support utility and neither are showing a driver for the PCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing Controller. I have verified that the drivers for Raptor Lake processors, which is the process for this notebook, is in the driver folder.
Thank you again.
