Hi, I have the same issue as @jn_texas. My warranty shows it starts on 11/4/25, but I didn't get the laptop until 12/17/25. I get the same msg when I try to dispute the warranty on HP's website. There is no link to dispute. My receipt from Best Buy doesn't have the serial # on it, just the model #. How do I file a dispute to update my warranty?

Hi, that link is for how to file the dispute. I know what the steps are, the problem is when I check the status, it shows the dates, but no link to start the dispute process. It says if the button to file a dispute is not visible, it means the product is either commercial or available in India and can't be disputed online. My laptop was purchased in the US at a retail store for home use.
