@veeman, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Check the Installed Driver:

Open Device Manager (right-click Start > Device Manager).

Find your Realtek Bluetooth driver under Bluetooth.

Right-click > Properties > Driver tab to see the version and date.

Update or Reinstall Driver:

In Device Manager, right-click your Bluetooth driver > Uninstall device > restart your laptop.

Install the new driver you downloaded.

Check for Windows Updates:

Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.

Click Check for updates and make sure everything is up to date.

Stop Automatic Updates (if you don’t want it to reinstall):

Open Control Panel > System and Security > System > Advanced System Settings > Device Installation Settings.

Choose No to stop Windows from updating drivers automatically.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.
