Product: Hp Notebook- 14z-cm000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Please Help! My notebook is under a year old and it wont move from this 'Reboot and Select proper Boot device  or  Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key'

HP Recommended

Sounds like the hard drive has failed. Press esc key on boot multiple times and then F2 to enter diagnostics then run a test to check hard drive.
