help needed. I received a laptop from HP with my ordered specifications, however the Product ID in laptop's BIOS, Hp support assistance is different from Product ID I received with Receipts and confirmation email. Now when I check my warranty with laptop's Product ID it shows no warranty. and when I check warranty by adding Product ID mentioned in email it shows correct warranty info. please guide

contact hp, but from what I have seen
in each given image, and mainly, "your order has delivered" "box id attachment" "computer label"
all have the same serial number, which is the computer's main identity number
there is a difference in the product number P/N
but here, we have a so-called configurable model:
I suppose that after configuration another product number can be assigned
the one that we find: 54j81av , will indicate to us here, the page:

thanks for help.....however different product IDs shows different warranty period. Bought laptop in nov 2022 and now showing warranty ends in april 2023. I cannot dispute warranty. I am currently resident of Pakistan.

you bought the computer on the hp store, or another ?
