How do we recognise whether the person sending you a private message with potential solutions is a valid HP employee / representative and not someone scheming to spam you?

I hope you are doing fine.

 

In this case in the community you can recognize a HP employee if the user has a badge under his nickname. In other cases you can send to us a flag or a message to ask if the user is an authentic HP.
