Hello, so if I understand you have resetting your PC, and we have just win 1% in 2 hours?
That appears to be long.. Do you have select the option to clean the drive?? If yes, it is normal.

If not, you can't know, you need to wait all the process to try.. Why do you have decided to reset this PC??

If I have been answer to your question please accept it as a solution 🙂

No it took 2 hours to get to 35%.  Every 20 minutes I move up 1%.  I am resetting it cause it runs super slow and in the task manager my cpu is really high and my disk usage.  I’ve tried a few things but I’m no expert and I’m tired of windows taking 10 to load

So do you have choose the option to clean the drive??
If your PC is too slow after this reinstall, you could execute an hardware test in your computer. For this, restart your computer by tapping F2 when it is been down for restart. You come in HP Hardware Diagnostic Interface and can execute all tests. If you have a fail please tell us.
