Hello,

 

I downloaded this app called HP Easy Clean that supposed to lock screen, keyboard, mouse, etc. in order to suspend any user activity.

It says, "HP Application Enabling Services is not installed or nor running..." Is there a particular driver I need to install or is simply my device not supported?

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see the info at the link below for how to enable the HP Application Enabling Services if it is installed and not running.

If it is not installed, and there are no unknown devices showing up in the device manager that need drivers, then your notebook is not supported to use that utility.

The service is installed and running.

I guess, then, my PC is not supported.
