Unable to install HPSA version 9.6.5
Whenever i try to install latest version it says the latest version is already installed
I am running windows 10 home single language
I know that is only aviliable on Windows 10 S mode
But I found out my friend HP pc has preinstalled latest version 9.6.5 of HPSA and it running perfectly fine
He also has Windows 10 home single language 64 bit OS .
For now i am using NVIDIA GEFORCE EXPERIENCE for getting graphic driver updates
When i manually check for latest graphics updates on hp support and drivers site
it has latest version date of 2018 graphic driver
1. I WANTED TO KNOW THAT WHEN WILL HP RELEASE IT FOR EVERYONE OR
I HAVE TO USE OLDER VERSION
2. NOT GETTING TIMELY UPDATES THROUGH HPSA ABOUT 5 MONTHS BEFORE
I GOT MY DRIVER UPDATES
3. I WANTED TO USE THE LATEST HPSA WITH NEW FEATURES AND INTERFACE
BECAUSE IT IS MORE STABLE OPTIMISED AND SMOOTHER EXPERIENCE

I recommend you contact support to further diagnose the issue.
Here is how you can get in touch with support.
1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/
2)Select the product type.
3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.
4)Select the country from the drop-down.
5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are unable to install the latest version of HP support assistant on your computer and you want to know about the graphics driver updates for your computer.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
What is the version of the HP support assistant installed on your computer now?
I recommend you uninstall the HP support assistant from your computer and then download and install it from the below link.
Here is how it is done.
- Open the Start menu.
- Click Settings.
- Click System on the Settings menu.
- Select Apps & features from the left pane.
- Select an app you wish to uninstall.
- Click the Uninstall pop-up button to confirm.
About the graphics driver updates, I am not sure when the driver updates will be released for your computer. I recommend you keep on eye on the driver's page for your computer, the driver's page will be updated as soon as new drivers are released for your computer.

My Support Assistant Version is 8.8.26.13
I have manually checked all latest drivers available for my pc.
They are released for Windows 10 version 1903
But i am running version 2004 They are not compatible
and unable to install
HP is not providing latest driver version which are synchronized with windows 10
latest Version
I have done re installing HPSA
It installs the previous win32 version which is installed before
8.8.26.13
i want 9.6.605 HPSA app

I have contacted hp support as you suggested
I will let you know as soon as my issue get resolved
I think HP will release the driver updates after new windows 10 version is released
This pandemic also affect their work
By the way which company pc do you use as your daily driver
And You got any inconvenience about the driver updates or any other problem ?
