Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

My model no is HP ENVY 15-k203TX Notebook PC and i have Windows 10 Home Single Language 64-bit Version: 18363.959.

 

Recently uninstalled and install it from the below link.

When i try to check the version after installing it, in About section it shows

Hp Support Assistant 0.0.0.0

Framework  12.16.22.11

Configuration Files  8.1.0203.1551

 

Unable to find the version of it.

 

How to fix this issue ?

@Varadar, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

The latest version of HP Support Assistant available is 9.6.605.0 / 8.8.26.1.

 

Try to relaunch the app or restart the computer and try again.

 

If the issue persists, you may have to reinstall the app from its homepage

Make sure to uninstall from Programs and features before downloading.
