Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, Recently i reinstalled win 7 & then updated to windows 10 because i was unable to boot the device.

Windows office was preinstalled on my laptop with windows 7 home premium but after this re-installation

my MS office is gone, I don't have MS Office key as it was preinstalled on the system.

How could I get the key to Install MS Office again.

Sorry, but in all likelyhood you're not going to be able to recover that key -- but you will have to contact HP Customer Support directly to see what they will do for you.

Thanks for the reply, I already contacted HP customer care, they said they can not help as the product is out of warranty, buy a new MS office from Microsoft & install...😥
