Hello HP Support,
I own an HP OmniBook 3 AI 14, product number C33RKPA#ACJ.
I was told that Microsoft Office was included with my laptop for a lifetime. I activated Office previously, but the Microsoft account linked to it was later closed.
Microsoft Word now shows Microsoft Office Home 2024 and says it is having trouble verifying my licence. My current Microsoft account does not have an Office licence.
I no longer have the original box, invoice, or product key. Please verify which Office licence was originally included with my laptop and help me recover or reactivate it if eligible.
Please escalate this to the appropriate licensing team if necessary and provide a support case number.
Thank you.

The license is on the account that originally activated windows.
See if you can log into that acocunt.
Microsoft 365 is free for 30 days on new systems. After the 30 days a plan needs to be purchased. However, you may have a one year free offer to claim as explained here
If you cannot get it to work then possibly that offer expired or it was only good for 30 days
If you subscribed to Office or purchased it outright, the license info (activation) is recorded in your Microsoft account or whatever account you used when Windows was activated..

Any subscription will be near the top of the page: Click 'View all subscriptions' to access a download or activate.
If you bought it outright look at the bottom of that page.
Click to download.
Please let me know what you find out.
