I purchased hp spectre laptop in december 2022. Its factory warranty expired in January 2024. At the time of purchase I purchased 3 year accidental damage with pick up and return care pack which is supposed to expire in december 2025. Now I have some issues with the laptop and I checked its warranty online , it is showing status factory warranty expired. Details of my laptop are:
