Product: Spectra x360 13t Touch Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to register my computer and when I put in spectra x360 13t Touch Laptop on the 

website. https://register.hp.com/

 

The selection it shows that I have to choose from is:

 

HP Spectre x360 - 13t-4000 CTO (ENERGY STAR) ›

HP Spectre x360 - 13t-4100 CTO (ENERGY STAR) ›

HP Spectre x360 - 13t-4200 CTO (ENERGY STAR) ›

HP Spectre x360 - 13t-ac000 CTO ›

HP Spectre x360 - 13t-w000 CTO ›

 

How do I know which one to choose?

 

I do not see these on my computer, the box I received it in or on the paper work that accompanied it. 

 

Where do I find this information on my computer or in my computer?
