Related to my product Warrantry

Hello, My main problem is that my product is showing me that it's warranty has expired in March 2020 but I had purchased it in September in 2019. Now, please tell me why the period of the warranty has expired 6 months(approx) before the original time. I need some more help related to my software but I need the above problem to be solved first and as soon as possible. Please, reply soon and I can upload my purchase proof if needed.

To get the warranty updated, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region


If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
