Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I keep getting reports through Reliability Monitor daily that  "DST stopped working"  I see the faulting application path is   C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\HpHwDiag\HPDIAGS\WinDSTToolWrapper\DST.exe   The Problem Event Name is  "BEX". My question is how do I fix this situation. I've already reinstalled my HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows app, but not the UEFI version. Wondering if this file is located in the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics app or Diagnostics UEFI.
