HP 14-bw0xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having problems deleting my Microsoft Windows 10 account.  My laptop is an HP Stream 14-bw0xx with only a 32gb 64-bit ssd.  I would like to know if resetting the laptop would cause problems keeping Windows 10 or can I reload version 1903 on top of the current installation which is version 1903.

Yes, you can reload Windows 10 version 1903 over the existing 1903 version.
