Product: Probook 6455b

We normally buy used laptops in  Nigeria, most times non tested and scraps.  we replace such things like battery, Hard drives and RAM,Right now I  have a few with BIOS password issues which needs to bev removed in order to change the boot sequence and reload operating systems. How can the community kindly please help me cos am far away in africa.
