Product: Acer Aspire 7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Acer Aspire 7 laptop. Recently I observed AD2F1837.HPPCHardwareDiagnosticsWindows_1.6.8.0_x64__v10z8vjag6ke6 folder of about 102 MB at C:\Program Files\WindowsApps.
When I try to run HP PC Hardware Diagnostics Windows App with Administrative Privileges, I get the alert that 'Only HP Deviced Are Supported'.
How can remove this app/folder?

Your machine is from a company called Acer, you need an HP product.
