Hello HP Support Team and Community,

I’m looking for assistance with getting the latest BIOS update file for my laptop HP 15-ac128ne.

I’ve checked the official HP Support page, but I couldn’t find a BIOS update listed for my specific model. I would like to confirm whether an updated BIOS version is available and, if so, how I can safely download and install it.

Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Hi:

 

HP has retired support for the model series since it is more than 10 years old which is why you can't find any software downloads for it.

 

The latest BIOS update that HP released for your notebook was F.29:

 

Below is the link to that version:
