Hi:

I can give you the link to the last BIOS update HP released for your notebook, but it will be of no use to you if you can't update the BIOS in Windows.

It's probably time for a new notebook if a PC repair shop doesn't have BIOS re-flashing tools to use the BIOS file I gave you to reflash the BIOS.
