Dear HP Support Team,

I am reaching out to request your assistance in resolving a technical issue with my HP laptop.

I purchased this device from an official HP agent on Amazon USA and have been using it for about two years. The unit came with a 4TB SSD and 64GB of RAM as originally installed — I have never modified or replaced any internal components since purchase.

Recently, I experienced device overheat where I headed for maintenance, following advice from HP representatives in the UAE at Dubai Internet City, I visited Pedigri Technologies in Dubai, an authorized HP service partner in the UAE. The service center informed me that my current specifications are not HP-approved and advised me to revert to the base configuration (1TB SSD and 8GB RAM).

Since I bought the laptop in this configuration through an HP agent, I kindly request HP’s support to:

  1. Verify whether the 4TB SSD and 64GB RAM configuration matches the original manufacturing specifications for my device model as sold in the U.S. market.

  2. Provide guidance or a clear solution on how to proceed with the repair while keeping these specifications, if possible.

  3. Clarify the appropriate steps for the UAE service partner to follow in handling my case.

I may attach the purchase invoice from Amazon USA and the email from Pedigri Technologies for your reference if needed.
