Product: Omen by HP 15dc1040nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like to request HP for providing a turbo or max fan setting option in Omen command center in order to maintain steady temperature with all time max fan speed while gaming.

Sorry, but this is just self-help Community staffed mostly by volunteers and we have no way of passing your request onto the BIOS developers.

 

You might do better contacting HP Customer Support directly, as they might have a way to pass on your request.
