I reset my bios security to factory default and restore defaults.....installed a new windows 7 , and now when i turn on my probook , it demands a username and a password before desktop screen like it had a username and a password by default , but i dont know any username or password....i think it is because of the resetting the security to default...please any solution.?

If you mean it prompts for creds before OS loads, that means you have a HDD password set.  Carefully go through your BIOS settings one at a time and make sure to turn off all PWs that are set, and restore factory defaults on all items possible.

HP likes to hide some resets and factory default revert buttons deep in the BIOS settings....like the TPM key clear for example.

Hope that works for you.
