Windows is likely corrupted so I built reset won't work.  If you don’t have any important data on the drive, the best solution is a clean Windows installation.

  1. On another working Windows PC, download the official Microsoft Windows ISO for your version (e.g., Windows 10/11).
Use Rufus to create a bootable USB installer from that ISO. If your laptop bios mode is UEFI then create USB in GPT partition, of its Legacy then create it in MBR. Check your laptop bios boot tab for this info. It shows boot mode.
  2. Plug the USB into your laptop and boot from it (you may need to disable secure boot from bios and change the boot order in BIOS/UEFI or use the boot menu).
  3. When the Windows Setup screen appears, choose Custom: Install Windows only (advanced).
  4. Delete windows drive and all its existing partitions until you have a single block of Unallocated Space. (If your system have multiple drives install them make sure not to delete them)
  5. Select that unallocated space and click Next to let Windows create the needed partitions and install fresh.

This will completely wipe the drive and give you a clean Windows installation.
