Hi! Changed modem and couldn't connect my HP MFP m28w to it, because I lost my password for MFP wi-fi. Tried to reset the MFP but it didn't work, the password is still there... Can someone please tell me how I can perform a complete reset on the MFP to reset its password? Thank you!

Hi@Halo5,
Welcome to the HP Support Community! I'd like to help!
I see you are experiencing issues with the HP Laser Jet Printer.
I have a few recommendations
To reset the printer, follow the steps below:
Press the wireless button over 20s, until the wireless LED button, attention LED and the power button LED start blinking, then release the wireless button. Before restoring the network setting, click 'X' button or any other button to wake up the printer first.
If the issue persists, Try resetting the network settings and check for any difference then.
First, make sure there is no USB cable connected to the printer, then reset the network settings:
Press and hold the Wireless button until the Attention light blinks (it should take approx. 20 seconds, do not release the button till the attention light blinks together with the power light). The printer might restart.
Next follow HP Smart to reconfigure the printer on your new network, as described within 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app' below:

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
