I am trying to reset my hp pavilion laptop to factory setting to wipe everything off of it I bought new hp chromebooks and I was trying to sell my hp pavilion amd I went into recovery and tried to reset to doctors setting it says that I need to use windows media and I don't know what the means I need help if possible please and thank you
