OK. So I was resetting my HP laptop. It was just a normal reset cause I wanna keep it but get rid of the junk on it. Well that all went fine, it loaded the reset screen and got to 100% and everything. Well after it restarted and was about to finish the reset and windows installation my little niece went and powered it off (cause she thought that is was broken and needed to be turned on and off again) (she's 12) well after I turned it back on it says "install windows" "the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation" OK well I did that several times and I'm out of ideas now
Some help would be nice thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
To better assist you -
1) May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
2) What's the operating system installed on the computer?
While you respond to that, try these steps -
1. Shutdown the computer.
2. Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3. Press F11 once for System Recovery.
4. Choose the Keyboard Layout.
5. Click on Troubleshoot.
6. Go to Recovery Manager and click on System Recovery.
Note : System Recovery will delete everything that you had saved or installed on the computer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
