I reset my laptop with the intention of selling now I’m trying to reboot for my personal use and can’t figure it out

Have you run diagnostics?
Tap the ESC key after powering on to run diagnostics.

This is just to make sure there is no other problem other than reinstall of OS.

 

Please provide the Product ID   Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol. This code may be needed to find cloud recovery files.
