Microsoft Windows 11

Hi. I switched to Windows 11 a couple of days ago (because Microsoft regarded my HP laptop as eligible to upgrade to Windows 11).

My laptop is configured to automatically download and install Windows and HP updates only.

When Windows 10 updates were installed, my laptop could take hours to restart (after waiting more than two hours I just shut it off by pressing the power button, pressed it again to start and everything came to normal).

THe same issue is happening now that my laptop is run by Windows 11. Today, after waiting almost three hours, I repeated the process above described.

I am very little knowledgeable on computers and software, but it does not take a genius to conclude that something is very wrong with my machine. See attached two photos: one that shows the computer restarting (endlessly) and the other photo shows the screen telling me "PLease keep you computer on". The latter appears onscreen after I switched off the laptop manually and restarted it almost immediately.

Any comments will be appreciated.
