Hello everyone!
I have a problem with the caps lock: when you click the button, the watermark does not appear on the screen. However, the num lock works perfectly. I know that most of you "hate" the watermark, but for me it is very convenient and I would like to restore it for the caps lock.
I would like to point out that since I have this notebook (less than a month), the caps lock watermark has never worked, but the num lock one has.
Any suggestions?

@Nikky0583, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
- Open Settings > Press the Windows key + I to open the Settings app.
- Click on "Ease of Access."
- In the left sidebar, select "Keyboard."
- Scroll down to the "Indicator settings" section.
- Toggle on the switch for "Turn on the toggle keys by holding the NUM LOCK key for 5 seconds" to enable this feature. This will also enable an indicator for Caps Lock.
- Toggle on the switch for "Display Caps Lock status on the screen" to see a notification on the screen when Caps Lock is turned on or off.
I hope these steps help resolve the issue

Hi, unfortunately the solutions proposed did not work with my pc. Do you have any suggestions?
Is there a HP system event utility that definitely restores caps lock notification?
Will it be a good idea unistall the version I have on and install another one?

Hey @Nikky0583,
Yes, you can uninstall the current version and reinstall it to see if that resolves the issue. This can sometimes help fix glitches or restore missing features like the Caps Lock notification. Let me know if that works or if you need further assistance!
