Product: Pavilion x360 convertible 14
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC came with an in-built ms office home & student 2016. As my previous workplace started using office365, I registered there, but in process i lost the registration of office 2016. I also have also forgotten the email and password i used to register. 

I have tried ways given on microsoft website but to no fruition.

How to recover? 

I do have a recovery drive in PC. Will resetting my PC solve the issue?

Unfortunately no, it will not as add-ons like this are not incorporated into the HP Recovery Media.  If you failed to record the MS Office product information, we can not help you now.
