I submitted a rebate request for an unused Risk-Free HP Care Pack on Dec. 25th 23. Care Pack coverage started on Dec. 24th '20 and expired on Dec. 24th '23. I sent a couple of follow-up emails on Jan. 7th '24 and Jan. 15th '24 to "focus.crc@hp.com" but I have yet to hear back. What is the best way to check on my rebate request?

Hi @spectre360x,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Due to limited support, I would request you contact our HP Support and our Support Engineers should be able to sort this out. HP Support can be reached by clicking on the following link.
Please feel free to contact us here anytime you need any further assistance.
Have a great day!

Thank you for the response, Alden4. I meant to reply sooner but got caught up with something else.
So, I tried following the HP Support link but it's not obvious where I would click on to actually get in touch with support (via email, phone, or chat). None of the "Quick Links" appear applicable either. However, after clicking around for a bit, I finally landed on this link -- https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact/select-product -- but I'm unable to proceed further because it kept saying my serial number is invalid (I'm hazarding a guess that it's because my laptop is no longer under warranty).
In any event, are you able to DM the email address to HP Support so I can follow up on my HP Care Pack Rebate?
