I have a laptop i5 11th 1000hdd 8g ram and iris Xe and its too much lagging and running slow
Like I just want to open Google its take like 5m to just open it
And when I want to turn on the laptop its taking up to 10m

Your mechanical HDD is the bottleneck of the system. If the laptop has an M.2 port, you can install an M.2 NVMe SSD and install the OS to it. This will make a huge performance improvement.
If this isn't the option, I can look for a good article about how to speed up the PC. Post back with your model number or product number.
