I was trying to complete a training for my employment and when I click on the link that is supposed to bring me to the training a new page pops up that says "User record doesn't exist. Please contact system administrator."  My pop-ups are not blocked.

This is third-party online training and we have no way of diagnosing or fixing issues with that.

 

You will have to contact online SABA support to get their assistance.
