SD Card Reader Not Working; SD Driver is Missing

Hello, can anyone help me? This wasn't a problem before until I updated to Windows 11. I cannot find the SD Card driver in "device manager" and I also tried to update the drivers from the HP Support Page, but nothing is showing up on the driver list. When I tried to select the operating system, Windows 11 is not one of the options. Yes the SD Card is working fine since the Camera I'm using detects it, my only issue is that my laptop won't read it. I appreciate all the help I can get.

OS: Windows 11
Laptop Model: HP Notebook-14s-dk0123au

The only suggestion I can offer would be to try the W11 Realtek SD card reader driver from the 14-dk1xxx model series:
