I have an SD card reader on the left side of the computer, never used it before. Tried to but it doesn't work, atleast doesn't appear on file explorer, tried to find the driver for it, but can't find it nowhere on the support or online.
The support website is only letting me choose windows 10, can't search for windows 11 driver.

If that is all it did, you have to run the setup application you see in the screenshot.
The other thing you can do would be if you see the SD card reader in the device manager click on it, click on the driver tab, click on Update driver.
Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
Make sure that the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way.
If not, then unfortunately I don't have any other suggestions for you to try.

Your PC comes with a Realtek SD card reader.
The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if this W11 Realtek SD card reader driver works for your notebook:
