Hello,
Actually Everything was going great... till i've tried to reset my PC using the recovery method.
Once finished i noticed that my SD Card Reader is not working propperly, due to Code 10 Error.
I tried to uninstall the SD Storage Class Controller and restart the laptop, but nothing happens and same error just appear again.
Although some of other SD Cards are working fine... , tried the Card which gives that error, on another PC and worked just fine.
Also later while am trying to solve this problem, i fall into another....
I was connecting my phone jus like any normal person to the laptop, and noticed that USB device is not recognized.
While phone was working perfecly before just Resetting....
Any help would be appreciated !
Here's my Device Manager screen shot , if that might helps.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
This looks like a driver related issue. I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
Let's perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant:
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
- To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon .
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
