Welcome to the HP Community Forum.

 

No, the installed Windows Operating System that comes with your computer does not include software for signing documents.

 

There are certainly options available - some perhaps free, others purchased.

A few examples...

 

Adobe Acrobat is a good example of document signing software.

For example:  Adobe > Sign PDFs

 

From Microsoft ...

Microsoft >  Sign Touch - Send Docs

 

 

I've used Docusign for years for signing legal documents.
