Microsoft Windows 11

I received this computer last year for Christmas. Within the first few weeks, a notification saying one of your disks is at risk (SMART Event) popped up. When I looked it up several things said that it was prompting imminent failure and that I should just get a new computer. I decided to ignore it because everything was still running fine, and I cannot afford to get a new computer. It has now been over a year (With the same message popping up every few weeks) and everything still runs fine. My only concern is that the computer's fan is quite loud. I am not sure if this is a major problem since it has been happening for over a year and I now have the time to ask for some clarification.

Also, when I looked at HP support community of people with the same problem, they all opened up the Intel Optane Memory and Storage app. When I do that, it says, "Do you want this app to make changes to this device" and even when I select "yes", it goes away and doesn't open the app. I would like to know why this happens or how to get around it so I can get into the app. This is because some of the people who had the "one of your discs is at risk" problem seemed to not be a problem once they opened the app to check and was actually just a false notification because they weren't actually being used or something like that. I am not very as good with computers and just want to know if this will turn into a major problem in coming years.
