I tried to change the SSD to another one, from Kingston, but it doesn't appear in the install window when I try to install Windows, I don't know why, I tried to install de drivers but none of them works in my case, I hope you can help me.

Since your laptop system config has an Intel® Core™ i3-1115G4 processor  and  the appropriate chipset you can use only a  SATA-3, TLC M.2 SSD type.

An NMVe M.2 type is not compatible with your laptop.

I do not know which one you have as you did not state it in the original post.

If you install the appropriate SSD type it is not a matter of installing drivers, it is all about configuring the SSD with the DiskPart utility.

Installing driver(s) for an SSD is not necessary.

Hi, @dq2055wm

Please see this discussion for the most likely solution to your dilemma:

Solved: Win 10 install not recognizing the NVME - HP Support Community - 8510047

If the driver file in the discussion doesn't work for you, try the drivers that I zipped up and attached below.

Hi, @erico

The product specs for the notebook in question indicate that it comes with a 256 GB NVMe SSD.

It's just missing the storage controller driver needed for W10/W11 to see the drive on platforms with the Intel 11th gen core processors.
