SSL Certificates

HP Recommended
Pavilion
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Pavilion running Windows 10.  It's brand new.  I cannot access docs.google.com because the SSL Certificate that provides the handshake between my browser and Google is not valid.  I don't know if I am saying that the right way or not.  I tried contacting HP Support, they said it's a software issue and out of their hands.  Out of desperation, they had me re-install Windows 10 to factory settings but even after that, I am still getting the same error.

To be clear, when I try to visit docs.google.com, I get a message that says site is not secure.  When I view the SSL certificate, it is using McAfee OV SSL CA2 certificate.

I tried un-installing McAfee but I STILL GET THIS MESSAGE.

Is there a way I can tell my browser to not use McAfee OV SSL CA2 cerrtificate and to use my own Google GTS CA SSL certificate?  I was able to export GTS CA SSL certificate from my work (Dell Precision) laptop.
