Welcome to the HP English Community --
There is no context to your question.
Not a single detail, in fact.
Save what, where, how, on what kind of device, for what purpose?
Document type?
Operating System?
Type of device -- Printer, Computer??
Nothing.
😐
If you provide enough information for someone to know what you are doing, someone might offer to help.
What?
When you submit your question to the Community,
Increase your chances of receiving an answer ---
Provide as much information as possible about the product.
For example,
- Provide the exact model of the device and the Operating System / version
- Do NOT include the serial number -- What? We cannot make use of the information and you should never post private information in a public forum.
- As best you can, describe the issue for which you are seeking our help.
- Tell us what you have tried to fix the problem.

Ok, I appreciate your effort! Since I had to go on I asked the same question same way to someone on line who didn't inquire so much in detail and it turned out to be fast and easy: " just go to "files", click and will show " save ".
Blessings to you too!

There you go.
It is good to ask someone who knows what you mean without you having to explain.
Happy Saving.
