I've recently tried to use my computer once again after leaving it tucked away in my wardrobe for a while. I charged it and attempted to turn it on but found that I had forgotten my password, no biggie. But after several failed attempts I gave up and left it to charge fully before trying once again. Although this time when I tried to turn it on the screen would flicker white for a second and turn off, there were moments where it would make some sort of noise but still it refused to turn off. I'm not sure what to do about this since I was really hoping to use this computer more in the future, but I'm really hoping to get some help on this issue.

It seems I've figured out how to fix the "problem". And since I can't figure out how to delete my previous post I suppose I'll have to come out and say I had to click the power button for no more than one second for it to turn on, but i was sure I had remembered the instructions from when I had first bought it which said to press the button between five or ten seconds. So that was my mistake I suppose, so I'll take my retreat from here.
