When I use the laptop it gets off automatically for 2 mins , it had happened  twice in my laptop . Since I have purchased this laptop on 14 July 2020. When the screen gets off it shows omen command centre baground exe. application error. The instruction at 0x00007FF8F168FE3 referenced memory at  0x000000000000008 .The memory cannot be read . Click ok to terminate the program. Please help me out  I an worried as it is not a one month old laptop.

I reviewed your post and I understand that the display goes off for two minutes and you are getting an error.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

I recommend you uninstall the HP Omen command center from the computer and then download and install it from the Microsoft store.

Here is how it is done.

 

  1. Open the Start menu.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click System on the Settings menu.
  4. Select Apps & features from the left pane.
  5. Select an app you wish to uninstall.
  6. Click the Uninstall button that appears. If it is grayed out, this is a system app you cannot remove.
  7. Click the Uninstall pop-up button to confirm.
