Product: HP Envy 17"
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Some odd things occurring with my laptop, especially around the print screen area. For the first couple of months I could print screen using the Fn and Prt sc buttons. Then that went awry, I found I had to use all Ctrl/Fn/Wins key and Prt Sc. Now I can't even do a print screen no matter what.

The third party tutorial at the hyperlink below this line has seven different methods to take screenshots in Windows 10 with native tools. Find the one which works best for you.

I have version 20H2 and the Windows key + Prt Scr key stroke works for me.
