Thanks so much for posting this answer, I was going nuts attempting to turn scroll lock off (it had accidentally been turned on).
It does however leave a couple of questions:
- What kind of design/UX engineer made the decision to choose Fn+C for "Scroll Lock"? Couldn't they have picked something even a little bit intuitive like say something involving the navigation keys?
- How is anyone supposed to remember this for such a rarely used function (at least, rarely used by most as borne out by the fact that it doesn't have a dedicated key)? The only thing I can think of to lodge "C" in my own brain is "Crappy Choice for Cancelling scroll lock".
