Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer would be to make sure that W10 is installed in UEFI mode.
You can check that by running the System Information app.
Scroll down the page and find the BIOS Mode line. It should be on UEFI.
If it is on Legacy, you will need to reinstall W10 in UEFI mode by booting the W10 installation media from the EFI USB boot source.
This procedure should work to enable secure boot when W10 is installed in UEFI mode:

Hi Paul thanks for the fast reply.
W10 is installed in UEFI Mode.
I tried the other tips as well. Doesn’t help.
Load HP Factory Default Keys is greyed out as well.
What does the OS have to do with the BIOS settings?
Looks like this. Any other suggestions ?

Set the BIOS to its defaults and see if that helps any.
That would be the only other suggestion I can offer.
All I know is that enabling Legacy support won't help because that automatically disables Secure boot.
